Netzump PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for registering with Netzump.com ("Netzump").

This privacy policy governs your use of the Netzump software, the Netzump service, the Netzump websites, (including Netzump.com) and all other software, features, tools, websites, and services offered by or through Netzump ("Netzump Products").

When you register with Netzump, and use Netzump Products, you provide Netzump with personal information that may be stored by Netzump. This Policy explains the information practices that apply to your information. This Policy does not apply to information collected by third party Web sites linked to or otherwise accessible from offerings presented through Netzump Products.

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use Netzump services. If you are under the age of 18 you are not authorized to use Netzump services unless you are authorized by your legal parent or guardian and if you are under the age of 14, you are not authorize to use Netzump services. Netzump has no responsibility to verify the age of its users and shall be held harmless against any and all claims related to usage of Netzump services by a user who is under the age of 18.

Collection of Information

Your information consists of personally identifiable information collected or received about you when you register to use Netzump or log in to Netzump as a registered user and interact with Netzump Products. Depending on how you use Netzump Products, your Netzump information may include registration-related information; your URL related information; transaction-related information; information about your visits to Netzump sites and pages, and your responses to the offerings and advertisements presented on these sites and pages; your billing and shipping information; customer service information about you as an Netzump user.

Your information may also include certain technical information gathered by Netzump when you use Netzump Products. Some of the technical information that may be collected or received includes: the type of browser you are using (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), CPU type (e.g. Pentium), your manner of connecting to the Internet (e.g, connection speed through narrowband or broadband access); Internet protocol address; other information about your geographic location; and the domain name of your Internet service provider.

When you register with Netzump and use Netzump Products, your information may be collected and stored by the operator of Netzump. Additionally, Netzump will use the User Name service or other similar technology, to authenticate you on Netzump, help store your registration information.

If you chooses to accept installation of plugin to user’s web browsers, such program may check the URL that you browse or visit and may deliver such information to Netzump server. Such user’s URL access information may be used to improve the user’s experience.

Use of Your Information

Your information is used to operate and improve the features, offerings and content presented to you by Netzump; to personalize the content and advertisements provided to you; to fulfill your requests for products, programs, and services; to communicate with you and respond to your inquiries; to conduct research about your use of Netzump Products; and to help offer you other products, programs, or services that may be of interest.

Your information may be shared within its business divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless it is necessary to fulfill a transaction you have requested, or in other circumstances in which you have consented to the sharing of your information. Netzump may use your information to present offers to you on behalf of business partners and advertisers. These business partners and advertisers receive aggregate data about groups of Netzump users, but do not receive information that personally identifies you. Your information may be transferred to purchaser or assignee of Netzump services.

Netzump does not read your private online communications when you use any of the communication tools offered as Netzump Products. If, however, you use these tools to disclose information about yourself publicly (for example, online message boards made available by Netzump), other online users may obtain access to any information you provide.

Your information, including the contents of your online communications, may be accessed and disclosed in response to legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena), or in other circumstances in which Netzump has a good faith belief that Netzump is being used for unlawful purposes. Netzump may also access or disclose your information when necessary to protect the rights or property of Netzump, or in special cases such as a threat to your safety or that of others.

Netzump may use agents and contractors in order to help operate Netzump Products. If such agents and contractors have access to personally identifiable information, they are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Netzump.

Cookies

Netzump and its advertisers may also use ad network providers, to help present advertisements on Netzump and other Web sites. These ad network providers may use cookies or similar technologies on your computer to help present, better target, and measure the effectiveness of their advertisements using data gathered over time and across their networks of Web pages to determine or predict the characteristics and preferences of their audience. Netzump may share certain non-personally identifiable information about you as a Netzump registered user with certain ad network providers to help them deliver more relevant advertisements through their ad networks.

Security

Netzump has established limited safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of your information, but cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. To protect your privacy and security, Netzump uses passwords to help verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to any of your information.
